Bamboo Toothbrush

What is the Loomi toothbrush made of?

Our toothbrush handle is made from sustainably sourced bamboo, and the bristles are BPA-free Nylon 6 — a durable, hygienic material designed to clean effectively while being gentle on your mouth.

How should I use and care for it?

Use twice daily with our toothpaste tabs, brushing gently across your teeth and gums. Rinse the brush before and after each use, and store it upright in a dry area to extend its life.

How often should I replace it?

We recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles start to fray or after you've been sick.

Can kids use the Loomi toothbrush?

Yes, but we recommend supervising children during brushing. The brush is designed for gentle use — no chewing or excessive force.

Can I compost the bamboo toothbrush?

Yes, the bamboo handle is compostable. To dispose of it properly, first remove the nylon bristles with pliers. The handle can go into your compost bin or be repurposed for gardening or crafts.

The BPA-free nylon bristles, like other nylon products, can be recycled through various methods, including mechanical recycling (shredding and melting) and chemical recycling (depolymerization to recreate new nylon). To recycle them, check if your local recycling program accepts nylon or search for specialized collection programs or drop-off locations for nylon materials.

Can I buy Loomi without a subscription?

Yes, you can purchase Loomi as a one-time order whenever you'd like. But if you’re looking to simplify your routine and save, we recommend subscribing. Subscribers receive a 3-month supply of tablets at a discounted rate, shipped automatically every quarter.

How does the Loomi subscription work?

Your first subscription order comes with our refillable glass jar and a 3-month supply of toothpaste tablets (186 tablets). After that, we’ll send a refill pouch every 3 months — no need to reorder. We’ll notify you before each shipment, and your payment will be processed automatically.

Can I manage my subscription?

Absolutely. Log into your account at to:
• Skip a shipment
• Pause your subscription
• Update your delivery address or billing info
• Cancel anytime

Can I change the products or quantities in my subscription?

Right now, each subscription includes our 3-month refill pouch. We're working on flexible add-ons and customization options soon, so stay tuned.

How does billing work?

You’ll be charged automatically before each shipment. A reminder email will be sent a few days in advance so you’re always in the loop. If your card fails, we’ll retry or ask you to update your payment info.

Can I cancel or skip a delivery?

Yes, you can cancel or skip anytime — just make sure to do it before your next billing date. Changes made after billing will apply to the following cycle.

Can I return a subscription order?

Due to hygiene standards, we can’t accept returns on opened items. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

What does “pre-order” mean on your site?

If a product is listed as “pre-order,” it means it’s not yet in stock but will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You can still purchase it now to reserve your spot — and we’ll notify you by email the moment it ships.

Will I be charged for a pre-order right away?

Yes. Your card will be charged at checkout to secure your pre-order. As soon as the item is in stock, we’ll ship it to you and send tracking details. We appreciate your patience — pre-orders help us plan inventory and ensure you don’t miss out when new products launch.

Shipping & Returns

Where does Loomi deliver?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

When will my order arrive?

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking link by email.

Is there a shipping fee?

Orders over $20 ship free. If your order is under $20, a flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout.

Need to cancel or edit your order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@meetloomi.com right away. We’ll do everything we can to catch it in time.

Something not right with your delivery?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a quick note. We’ll replace it or refund you.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

We’re all about hygiene, so we can’t accept returns on opened or used products. Still, if something went wrong with your order, we’re here to fix it.

What’s your refund process?

If your refund is approved, we’ll send it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s issued.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges, but if you received the wrong item, we’ll send the correct one right away at no additional cost.
