Subscription Policy
Effective Date: May 4, 2025
Loomi offers a convenient subscription service (the “Service”) so you never run out of your favorite oral care products. This Subscriptions Policy governs your purchases through and use of the Service. By enrolling in the Service, you agree to be bound by this Subscriptions Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Subscriptions Policy and out Terms of Use, please do not use the Service. Here's everything you need to know about how it works:
Subscription Enrollment
Eligibility: Subscriptions are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Subscription Term: Your subscription will continue on a quarter-to-quarter basis and automatically renew for successive periods at the then current rate until cancelled or paused.
How It Works
When you subscribe to Loomi, you’ll receive a jar with a 3-month supply of toothpaste tablets (186 tablets) delivered straight to your door. Every 3 months, we’ll ship you a refill pack — easy and automatic. You’ll be billed automatically before each shipment, and you’ll always be notified before we process your next order.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at www.meetloomi.com. Through your customer portal, you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a shipment
- Update delivery address or billing info
- Cancel your subscription

Billing & Payments
Your card will be charged automatically before each delivery cycle and you authorize such charges. You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before each charge. If your payment fails, we’ll retry the charge or contact you to update your info. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
Cancellations & Skipping
You may cancel the Service or skip a shipment at any time before your next billing date. Changes made after the billing date will apply to the next cycle instead.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for violations of this Subscriptions Policy, non-payment or fraudulent activity.
Returns On Subscriptions
As our products are hygienic and consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened subscription items. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@meetloomi.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
