Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Loomi! We’re committed to getting your oral care products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our current shipping policy.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, launches), processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $20.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in Loomi products, please contact us at hello@meetloomi.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or email us hello@meetloomi.com for help.

Shipping Delays

Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier service interruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Weather, natural events or other items outside of our control

We will, however, always work with you to resolve any issues!

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Double-check around your home/mailbox
Ask neighbors or building managers
Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages show up late)

If still missing, contact us at hello@meetloomi.com, and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes after placing your order, email us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but once your order ships, we can’t make any updates.
