At Loomi, we want you to love your oral care products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • A photo of the product/issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Still need help? Email us — we’ve got you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct one at no additional cost.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at hello@meetloomi.com before your next billing cycle.
